Part-Time HR Coordinator – Health and Beauty Industry
Opportunity to work in growing cosmetics, fragrance, flavors and professional skin care markets and enjoy the benefits of work schedule flexibility. You will be responsible for coordinating essential duties in human resources administration including employee relations, training, performance management, benefits administration, policy implementation, recruitment/employment and employment law compliance to support the strategic talent management initiatives of the company.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. SHRM CP or SCP or HRCI PHR or SPHR desirable.
This part-time opportunity offers the HR professional development to plan, implement and evaluate ways to increase their generalist skills by performing a variety of assignments to meet the company’s organizational goals.
